Our New Mission Statement

We are officially entering a new chapter for our club and looking forward to celebrating 15 years of Bucks Dragon Boat in 2027! We want to share the new Bucks Mission Statement that will guide our path forward.

Our Core Mission: “Founded in 2012, Bucks Dragon Boat is dedicated to the pursuit of excellence through the strength of our community. For over a decade, our legacy of outstanding competitive outcomes has been driven by the collective commitment of our entire organization. Whether on the water or in the essential roles that sustain us, we achieve greatness by paddling for one another. Our mission is to be an additive force in our members’ lives, fostering a high-integrity environment where we are empowered to contribute to a greater good. We have proven that excellence is the inevitable standard of a club that thrives as one.
