About

At Bucks Dragon Boat, we believe that the true strength of a club is created from within. For 14 years, our club has served as a home for athletes of all levels, driven by a simple but powerful philosophy: we don’t collect champions, we build them from within. From the first-time paddler in our Lightning and Firestorm programs to our most seasoned competitors in our Fusion Program, we are dedicated to the growth of the individual as the foundation of the team. Our club has two locations: Lake Luxembourg at Core Creek Park in Langhorne, Pennsylvania and Lake Galena at Peace Valley Park in Doylestown, Pennsylvania.

Under the expert guidance of Founders and Management Team of Chris & Jacquelyn Wetzel, our Director of Coaching Cynthia Laggan, and our numerous Bucks Coaches, our members experience a unique blend of rigorous training and technical precision, all within a culture that feels like family. We aren’t just training for the next race, we are investing in the future of our sport. By mentoring the next generation of paddlers today, we ensure the vitality and excellence of our club for years to come. Whether you’re looking to try something new, build your strength, or join a dragon boat club that pushes you to be your best, there is a seat for you in a Bucks boat.
