Bucks Dragon Boat is proud to announce the launch of the new Steering Program for our members, a dedicated training initiative designed by Cynthia Laggan to develop the next generation of steers. Recognizing that a skilled steerer is the backbone of a safe and successful crew, this program focuses on the technical mastery of steering, water safety protocols, and boat commands. Whether you are a veteran paddler looking to transition to the back of the boat or a current steerer aiming to refine your racing lines and docking skills, our new program provides the mentorship and “stick time” necessary to lead with confidence!
