At Bucks Dragon Boat, excellence isn’t something we recruit. It is something we build from within. We believe that every person who steps onto one of our boats at Lake Galena and Lake Luxembourg has the potential to be a powerhouse. Our philosophy is simple: we train the next generation of dragon boat paddlers coming in after us. Strong teams aren’t found, they are built from the ground up.

All of our dragon boat programs are designed to transform individual effort into team wins. Our coaching staff, led by Director of Coaching Cynthia Laggan, transforms beginners into experts through technique fundamentals and a culture that supports every athlete’s growth from Day 1. That is why you will see beginner programs each year that bring in a new class of paddlers to add to our Bucks family. There is a place for everyone here.
